I know James gave you a vote of thanks when he dropped off the trays, but I wanted to add mine.  Not only did you sort it out at short notice, but the food was just delicious.  Our guests were extremely complimentary and you made it so easy for us the heat and serve, as well as catering for a very appreciative veggie.
