I wanted to say that the food and service that you provided at our wedding was spectacular (even more so given the fact that it was all cooked in the hall!). The chicken, particularly, was much lauded. Thank you for managing the day so well, and dealing with the hiccups that the day presented so that everything flowed seamlessly. The ceremony was of course the focus of the day, but you ensured that everyone enjoyed celebrating it and that we did ourselves! We cannot recommend you highly enough.
