Schools out… get the kids cooking

Here’s a fun and delicious recipe to make with the kids at home

Scrummy Shortbread
Makes about 20 pieces

280g plain flour
85g corn flour
85g cater sugar – plus extra to sprinkle on top after cooking
225g butter
Lemon zest – if wanted

Place everything in a food processor and whizz until it forms a dough – dont over mix!
Mould it all together and then cut into desired shape.
Bake in FAN OVEN at 160’C 15 mins
Get some fun different shaped cutters and dried fruit to decorate.
