Lemon Posset Recipe
Lemon posset is a delightfully light and easy to make dessert, ideal as a summer treat. Have a go at making your own by following this simple recipe to create the perfect lemon posset…
- 1 pint double cream
- 75g sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
Boil the cream and sugar together, slowly for 2-3 mins.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool a little.
Stir in the lemon juice and pour into ramekins.
Leave to set in the fridge for around 5 hours.
Top tip: Lemon posset goes well with berries or shortbread alongside
