A particularly passionate team
Kate’s Kitchen has grown from our love of food and our belief that we can offer healthy, top-quality catering (on a par with the best restaurants). We are motivated to create dynamic, seasonal, interesting and well-balanced menus.
We are made up of a team of 10 keen food enthusiasts working across the business, all with responsibility for ensuring that our corporate catering, private events and weddings run smoothly and to plan.
As a ethical and fair catering business we pay the minimum of the Real Living Wage Foundation, care for our staff and provide opportunities for them to grow and learn. This is an accredited wage – Real Living Wage
We have spent many years developing and perfecting our range of services. With clients ranging from local and national businesses, to individuals organising their own weddings or birthdays, we can cater for any type of event.
Our food is nutritional, seasonal and delicious
We’re particularly passionate about delivering events that showcase in-season ingredients and bring alive our clients’ vision through delicious menus. We understand that the small details and big flavours that make each experience unique and memorable.
We offer our clients a fair service for a fair price

We are as flexible as possible, we can make special menus and try to accommodate every special request such as gluten-free, dairy free, vegan and others. We also naturally offer a large selection of vegetarian items. We take a transparent approach to quoting and always look to find a way to make savings for a client. Kate’s Kitchen has been awarded a maximum five-star rating for food hygiene in December 2021 by the recognised ‘Scores on the Doors’, the Official Food Rating agency.
We confirm we fully comply with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and make every effort to make your event as safe as possible. Our kitchen and front-of-house staff have received special training in COVID safety.
