Finger buffet menu

The following list show some sample items that are available on our Finger Buffet menu:

  • Courgette and cheddar muffins filled with roasted peppers and spinach -V
  • Courgette and watercress risotto cakes topped with sun blushed tomato - v
  • Sweetcorn and coriander fritters with pea guacamole - v
  • Spicy carrot, chicken and nut patties with tzatziki dip
  • Spring onion and bacon scones with cress, cheddar and chutney
  • Rolled crepes stuffed with salmon, ricotta and spinach
  • Smoked mackerel, watercress and dill filo parcels

Sample items from our Canap�s

The following list show some sample items that are available on our Canap� menu:

  • Chorizo, roasted red pepper and basil blinis
  • Parmesan and lemon thyme biscuits topped with sun blushed tomato - v
  • Crostini with oven roasted oregano tomatoes, tapenade and basil - v
  • Seared scallops wrapped in streaky bacon
  • Bream ceviche with chilli and mango salsa
  • Beetroot rosti with spring onion and cream cheese pate with olives - v
  • Plum sauce and duck pancakes with spring onion and coriander
  • Char grilled, pine nut and tomato pizzette squares - V
  • Gingered chicken cakes with coriander lime dip
  • Pork rillette on crackers with red onion marmalade

The following list show some sample dishes that are available on our daily Fork Buffet menu:

  • Roasted lamb stuffed with herby apricot and saffron rice
  • Free range whole chicken platter cooked in tequila, lemon and mint on a bed of pink grapefruit and watercress
  • Chilli, lime and ginger mackerel on roasted harissa tomatoes and peppers
  • Roasted cherry tomato, basil and mozzarella tart – v
  • Summer vegetable terrine with avocado salsa - v
  • Potato salad with summer vegetables, olives and salsa verde
  • Grilled halloumi and green beans with saffron and tomato dressing
  • Fruity and nutty cous cous
  • Fresh rocket salad with barlotti beans and parmesan
  • Classic Greek salad
  • Rich chocolate mousse torte
  • Heavenly baked white chocolate and summer berry cheesecake
