Kate's Kitchen latest news - Summer 2010
With the summer season in full swing Kate's Kitchen is loving this time of year as Leigh Court Farm is at the Bristol Farmers Market and the English produce starts to thrive with French climbing beans, broad beans, new potatoes, amazing cherry tomatoes and many more. We have made a lovely batch of strawberry, gooseberry and blackcurrant jam to go in our afternoon cream teas and breakfast's. The strawberries came from Cheddar, the gooseberries and blackcurrants from Leigh Court Farm.

August is turning out to be a bit of a wet month but so far all our events have kept shining! We have a wedding at the lovely Folly Farm, they have some deliciuos salads, sizziling meat platters and a hog roast on the menu!

We cater on the beautiful and unique Harmony Yacht Boat that is currently moored in the Bristol Docks. It is such a lovely and luxurious venue for any type of event. Visit Harmony Yacht Club get some more information. They are currently taking bookings for the year ahead and for Christmas 2010!

5-star food hygiene awarded - May 08
Kate's Kitchen has been awarded a maximum 5-star rating for food hygiene by the recognized ‘Scores on the Doors’ website.
‘Scores on the doors’ is a national public information service where you can find the official local authority hygiene ratings for food related businesses in the UK.
We are delighted with this rating and high scoring award as we take food hygiene very seriously and of course it's also nice to be recognized.
